The HC is a female anchor designed solely for hollow-core (Spancrete) slabs, hollow concrete and prestressed concrete. It carries a dedicated European approval – ETA 15-0912.

The lower shell of a hollow-core slab is exceptionally thin, with a void and prestressing strands beneath it. An ordinary anchor can punch through it or damage the strands. The HC is designed for exactly that depth.
