The Sivan Construction project in Netanya combined four solutions: the TFE concrete screw for formwork, the BTeye eye-bolt for work at height, stainless GX-L plugs for the stone cladding, and Chemfix200 chemical adhesive for rebar dowels. Specifying stainless for the cladding on a Netanya project follows from the exposure environment: proximity to the sea raises the corrosion requirement on a fixing that is inaccessible for inspection once the facade is closed.
