The stainless-steel version of the concrete screw

HPZ / PS is a direct-threaded concrete screw, easy to install and offering high strength relative to its diameter. It is available in galvanized steel (HPZ) and in SS316 stainless steel (PS SS).

The GG version comes with thermal-diffusion galvanizing, and the coating thickness is checked after threading — an important test, since the threading itself abrades the coating.

Frequently asked questions

When should you choose PS SS316 stainless steel?
For aggressive environments — seashore, swimming pools, food and chemical industries. In dry indoor environments, galvanized HPZ is sufficient and costs less.
What is the difference between PS and TFE?
TFE carries ETA approvals for cracked concrete, seismic and fire loading — for structural anchoring. PS is backed by Standards Institute testing and is intended for general anchoring.
