B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.B.A. – The screw that suits all background material
The Universal Burberry HEA It is one of the most flexible and sophisticated solutions in the anchoring world. Unlike most concrete screws designed for one specific background material, The HEA Burg is suitable for working in the concrete, in concrete Black and drywall. All with the same work tools and the same simple method of installation.
The Great Advantage: Burg is The Universal Burg It reduces the need for stock of several different types of cakes. Whether you’re working on concrete, hollow block, or drywall – one screw HEA is enough for everyone. Simplicity and efficiency in the field, without the need to identify exactly the background material before installation.
Where do you use the Universal HEA?
The HEA is used for a wide range of applications in light-to- medium construction, both in the regular concrete and in the hollow blocks loops – where there is usually no cheaper and faster alternative:
windows and doors
anchoring window frames and doors to concrete Walls and hollow block - a quick work without cutting the burglary
Penalty and cladding boards
Connecting panels, networks, cladding and ⁇ cladding to the walls of concrete and hollow block
Electrical and plumbing systems
hanging and connecting electrical panels, tubes, tighteners and plumbing complexes in all background materials
drywall and Tree
anchoring ⁇ s, wooden dogs and frameworks for drywall and hollow block will be a light wall.
Furniture and accessories
Stomach from shelves, cabinets, mirrors and wall equipment in apartments and commercials – fast and fresh
anchoring Easy infrastructure
You hung signs, cameras, lighting bodies and monitoring systems in all background materials
What is concrete screw HEA and how does it work?
Burgbourg HEA Tapper It is a concrete anchor. direct fastening (Screw Anchor) It works in a completely different method of expanding anchors – instead of spreading in a fever and compressing the concrete, Burg HEA Cut mechanical fabric directly into the drilling..
This mechanical lock has a significant advantage: There is no half expansion. The concrete workers around the front, so it can also be installed in hollow block concrete a loop where such pressure would have broken the hollow block delicacies.
Blue Ruspert - Advanced balloon for field conditions
Burga comes with a coating Blue Ruspert - A special coating that combines a hot balloon with a blue protective layer against corrosion. His performance exceeds a normal cold pill and is suitable for outdoor use and environment with high humidity.

Advantages Blue Ruspert coating across the Cold Globe
- resistance Colosseum is 5-10 times higher Ordinary electrolytecular (96–200 hours)
- suitable for C3 environments - outdoors, high humidity, exposure to who is rained
- Blue color recognizes It is easy to identify a screw-hea in the field and distinguish it from other screws.
- High-quality (pH) typical of wet concrete
- A production process that does not harm the burglarity.
Bur Burga with Blue Ruspert coating suitable for outdoor environments, outdoor construction, M.D. and buildings with seasonal moisture - C3 or higher.
Testing on the ground - proven results
Adit has conducted a comprehensive examination on the ground with Hydrajaws (a precision-efficient force) device in the area.A. Honest, Red 23On March 14-15, 2021. The tests are designed to validise performance on real-world conditions – both in full concrete and in the hollow block concrete loop.
Test 1: concrete is full – 5 cm depth
pull-out test – concrete in 30
Test 2: hollow block concrete is hollow – the 4-5-millimeters
This test is the most critical for the Burg HEA – since the hollow block concrete loop is a condition where most ordinary concrete screws are not suitable. hollow block is characterized by minutes and internal space, which restricts deep drilling and does not allow expansion of mechanical anchors.
pull-out test results – hollow block concrete
The test conclusion: The Burberry is a mirror. strength is relatively high for the small diameter. . . concrete is full of 5 cm deep – nearly eight hundred pounds of force. In hollow block, the strength is sufficient for easy construction applications and anchoring infrastructures. The power of the concrete is full: up to 220 kg.
Checks that are beautiful in the field
Here are the three test videos taken on the ground, showing the performance of Burg HEA in various background materials:
pull-out test – 5 cm concrete
HEA 6x70 in concrete in 30, embedment depth 5 cm. Result: 1,800–1,880 kg
pull-out test – 4 cm concrete
HEA 6x70 in concrete in 30, embedment depth 4 cm. Result: 1,370 kg
pull-out test – hollow block
HEA 6x70 in hollow block concrete is hollow, in the 4-5 mm drilling. The result: 210–320 kg

installation guide - three simple steps
One of the main Advantages of Burg HEA is simplicity of installation. . . No chemical substances are needed, waiting for drying or special tools:
Stage 1 - Cadillac
Put a hole in diameter 5 mm (or 4 mm to hollow block) in the right depth. In concrete, it is full of 40-65 mm. hollow block: 30 mm.
Step 2 - cleaning
Clean the hole with air pressure and brush. Good cleaning increases the screwed strength and the screw life.
Stage 3 - The Braga
Brying the screw with an amphect key until the arrival of the head of the screw into the surface. Recommended: 12 Nm.
Professional tip: Don’t get too tight. Recommended: 12 Nm. . . The overhead can remove the screw in the hollow block loop and hit the strength anchoring. Use a Mantif or Implication key with a mansion restriction.

Practical conclusion: Burg is The Universal Burg Designed for light-middle building apps in diverse background materials – a situation that has no better replacement in the market. Apps with particularly high load requirements (anchoring critical infrastructure, concrete Druck, resistance Fire), select the screw TFE with full ETA standard.
Borg is without the ETA standard – what does it mean?
The question of engineering and design: Burg HEA Not a European ETA standard concrete, unlike the BurgTF/TFE. Is it a problem?
Not usually the apps. The ETA standard is required when a building plan should submit official calculations to the licensing authority with a recognized approval. Burg HEA is designed for apps It doesn’t require a approval engineer. - Connecting windows, doors, furniture, light infrastructure, partitions - where the solution is appropriate for the area, not by binding standard.
- The tests were carried out in Israel. Area by Adit with certified measurement equipment – the results reflect real performance
- HEA’s technical data is calculated according to the principles of the ETA standard and are based on the tests of the Israeli map.
- Apps that require official ETA Adit offers the Burg TFE with all the required approval seas.
