The Adit concrete screw family

Choose the right concrete screw for your head type, corrosion protection and approval requirements.

When there’s no room for a long screw

SFT is a short direct-thread concrete screw with European ETA7 approval. It is the solution when the anchoring depth is limited — thin concrete, proximity to an edge, or where deep penetration is not permitted.

Installation: with a high-speed impact driver (1,000–1,800 RPM). Available with an EPDM washer (ARVUL) for sealing — relevant on roofs and cladding.

Frequently asked questions

When should you choose SFT?
When the anchoring depth is limited — thin concrete, proximity to the edge of the element, or a ceiling that cannot be penetrated deeply. For standard anchoring in solid concrete, TFE will provide higher load values.
What is an EPDM washer?
An EPDM rubber washer (ARVUL) that seals the hole against water — required on roofs, on cladding, and anywhere water ingress through the screw is a concern.
Limited anchoring depth?
Tell us the concrete thickness and the load — we’ll verify the size fits.

Limited anchoring depth or a tight edge distance? Tell us the concrete thickness and the load — our engineers will verify the right SFT size and send you the ETA data.
