Sigalit Neighbourhood, Be’er Sheva – CT50Pro adhesive, BTeye and TFE concrete screws, GX-L universal plugs
The Sigalit neighbourhood in Be’er Sheva used a complete residential anchoring set: CT50Pro chemical adhesive for rebar dowels, the TFE concrete screw for steelwork and formwork, the BTeye eye-bolt as a work-at-height anchor point, and GX-L plugs for the cladding. On a residential project at neighbourhood scale the advantage is not in any single product but in uniformity — the same product family, the same installation procedure and the same pull-out test repeating across every building.
