Tze’irim Towers in Tel Aviv used TFE concrete screws alongside the BTeye eye-bolt for work at height. This combination recurs on almost every tower, and it illustrates a distinction that is easy to miss: the same hole and the same threading technology here serve two systems governed by separate standards — structural anchoring on one side, and personal protective equipment for work at height on the other, which is assessed as an anchor point rather than as a structural connection.
