How to drill metal correctly

Can I use the HSS ThunderWeb in a hammer drill?
Use it in rotation only. HSS metal bits are designed for rotary drilling; hammer action is for concrete and masonry bits and would damage a metal bit. If your drill has a hammer setting, switch it off.
What does “ThunderWeb” mean?

Do I need cutting fluid when drilling metal?
