1 · Mark & position

Mark the fixing point and hold the screw perpendicular (90°) to the surface.

2 · Set the speed

Carbon BCP in steel: roughly 1000–1800 rpm. Stainless BCP-A2: roughly 600–1000 rpm. Use a matching PH2 bit.

3 · Drill through

Let the drill point cut fully through before the thread engages; keep steady axial pressure.

4 · Seat flush

Drive until the trumpet head pulls flush into the sheet – do not overtighten or the head can tear thin material.
